Actually, upon reading this book, I remembered my bestfriend since childhood. Just like Alex, he is heart warming, caring and all. We were also separated by distance when we studied High School but still connected via emails. We also had feelings for each other before but remained friends thinking that we are not destined for each other because of some circumstances and I am happy now because I already found love from another person and I know that the same goes with him. While reading this book, it makes me think about the old times when I am with my bestfriend, playing and everything. It just makes me missed him together with his unbelievable stories. Well, having a bestfriend is the best feeling in the whole wide world. You can have someone to lean on, a shoulder to cry on. You need not to pretend someone that you're not used to be. You can share your secrets with them, can cry your heart out comfortably coz you know that they are there to listen. You can hang out and talk to them till late at night. Woah! I just missed my bestfriend and I want him to know how fondly and how thankful I am because he had chosen me to be one. Even though we are miles apart, we know that we are still there for each othere through good times and bad.. :)
